Where are your clinic locations?
I’m located in 3 convenient Seattle locations – Downtown Seattle (near West Lake Union and the Seattle Center), West Seattle, and NE Seattle. You may also view our map on the Contact page.
What days are you available for an appointment?
I’m available on Mon-Fri and some Saturdays. Please text me at (206) 370-2600 for any questions about dates or time.
What’s the best location for you to receive treatment care?
This depends on your availability of time during the day. Are you only available evenings after work. Are you in acute pain? If so, we would try to see you ASAP. You will decide what clinic space is closest to your place of work or home, and when there is appointment availability.
Does my insurance cover medical massage services?
Our medical biller, Debra can help research your insurance plan on line and get back to you within a day as to what exact services you have in your plan, if your deductible is paid off for the year & what your copay may be. Evicore pre authorization will also be looked into for some insurance companies. You can contact Debra at Puget Sound Medical Billing by calling during business hours at 206-434-6317.
Does my insurance require me to have a prescription for medical massage services?
This is often the case with Premera insurance and a few Regence plans.

Yes we will do both to orientate you to getting to each of the clinics. As a small business, Kris does not have a receptionist to answer your calls immediately, but she will get back to you within the day with setting up an appointment and orientating you as to where you will be visiting, parking & what to prepare for in coming.
